Alshaya
Alshaya Retail covers a wide variety of sectors, including the latest and best recognized names in fashion, footwear, kid's clothing, health and beauty, homestyle, restaurants, prescription eyewear and pharmaceuticals. Some of these brands include Starbucks, Boots, Estee Lauder, The Body Shop, Debenhams, Mothercare, Next, River Island.
Challenge Alshaya has built a state-of-the-art regional distribution center to supply its 500+ stores spread across the Middle East and Africa. Out of this 50,000 square meters warehouse more than 250,000 units will be crossdocked, picked or shipped every day. The warehouse activities are performed by a team of 200 operators connected concurrently to the Warehouse Management System. 
Solution Implemented a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System with a full fledge RF module and an advanced crossdocking feature.
Results 1- Increased productivitity by at least 40%.
2- Reduced the picking errors to less than 1%.
3- Automated the creation of Receipts (ASNs) and Sales Orders.
