Milsped who is the largest 3PL provider in Serbia has been S&T Serbias WMS client for more than 5 years now. They have recently gained Nestl as a new storer and the latter have requested the electronic integration of their SAP ERP system with the Infor Warehouse Management System running at Milsped. SNS previous integration project with Nestl Middle-East and their strong partnership with S&T Serbia made them the ideal provider for such a service.
The integration built on the Boomi EAI platform is based on the transmission of files of type EDIFACT over an AS2 connection between SAP and Infor WMS. The project went live in less 3 months from kick-off and consisted of 13 different touch-points including ASN import/export, Shipment Order Import/Export, Adjustment Export, Hold Management, Stock reconciliations and others. The full project was completed remotely by an SNS technical resource in Beirut.
With more than 1,200 messages exchanged on a daily basis, the integration solution guarantees Nestl and Milsped high document processing speed, minimal data entry errors, elimination of paper and email trails, minimal user intervention and full systems synchronization.
