At SNS, we provide 24/7 support services via hotlines or web from our offices in Dubai and Beirut. Every customer is assigned advocates including operational and technical consultants selected from the project implementation team. This ensures a fast and effective support as the team assisting you is fully knowledgeable in your particular requirements and processes.
 
Once a support request is logged, it is prioritized based on the criticality of the issue and routed via an automated system to the appropriate team. Through a remote and secure connection, our customer advocates will access your systems, investigate the issues and apply the necessary fixes. In case of delayed resolutions, our support center application automatically escalates issues to higher management to guarantee close follow-up. If required, SNS consultants can be available on site for assistance on critical matters.
