In a constant effort to improve and extend its services portfolio, SNS is proud to announce the kick-off of a new service: Service Maintenance Agreement. By this service SNS offers its clientele the ability to outsource the support and maintenance of the servers that hold the different solutions offered. This maintenance covers:
* Hardware: including routine checks, upgrade recommendations and assistance in resolving hardware problems.
* Operating System (OS): including upgrade, assistance in resolving issues, scheduled backup
* Database: including fine tune, queries and memory allocations, backups and archiving.
* Other services mainly offered based on agreement with client.
This type of service will be shaped in a yearly maintenance agreement.
By introducing this maintenance type to the market, SNS hopes to satisfy the increased demands of outsourcing IT department to specialized companies.
