Customer Support Manager
Engineer grad from the Lebanese American University, has joined SNS as a technical consultant and got promoted to Senior Technical Consultant after completing strategic Warehouse Management System Implementations with SNS across the Middle-East, Africa and Asia for different industry verticals such as 3PL, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Electronics and Retail. Simon has also lead implementations involving automation systems such as GOH, Rapidpack and ASRS. Currently Simon is managing the Customer Support team at SNS and taking the lead on the Customer Satisfaction mission that aims to keep SNS customers highly satisfied. In addition to his role, Simon is also leading the Voice program in partnership with Vocollect – Honeywell.
